2. Services

WCR Media Group & Wallis Correa provides advertising, design, print brokerage, production coordination, and related marketing services. As a broker, we coordinate production with third-party vendors and manufacturers.

We strive to ensure quality and accuracy, but production timelines and processes may involve external suppliers.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change due to:

material cost fluctuations
production requirements
design modifications requested by the client
shipping or installation changes

Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins.

4. Payments

Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

All orders are considered final once payment is received and production has started.

Failure to complete payment may delay production or delivery.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.

No refunds will be issued for orders that:

have entered production
have been completed
involve custom or personalized work

Because many products are custom produced, materials and labor costs cannot be recovered once production begins.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

approving artwork, proofs, and specifications
verifying spelling, dimensions, colors, and details
ensuring submitted artwork complies with copyright and trademark laws

Once a design proof is approved, the client assumes responsibility for any errors contained in the approved proof.

7. Production and Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on vendor schedules, materials, and logistics.

Delivery or pickup arrangements must be coordinated once an order is completed.

Failure to coordinate pickup or delivery within a reasonable time frame may result in storage fees or order forfeiture.

8. Third-Party Vendors

As a production broker, WCR Media Group & Wallis Correa works with independent suppliers and manufacturers.

While we carefully select production partners, we are not responsible for delays, errors, or damages caused by third-party vendors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WCR Media Group & Wallis Correa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order or service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and creative materials produced by WCR Media Group & Wallis Correa remain the property of the agency unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted usage rights upon full payment of the agreed service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.

Any disputes arising from services provided shall be resolved within the appropriate courts of Puerto Rico.

12. Additional Service Terms

Creative Services
Design and creative services include a reasonable number of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Production Variations
Due to differences in screens, materials, inks, and manufacturing processes, final printed products may vary slightly from digital proofs or mockups.

Marketing Performance
WCR Media does not guarantee specific results for marketing or advertising services. Performance may vary based on external factors beyond our control.

13. Changes to Terms

WCR Media Group & Wallis Correa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
